 serving the Christchurch area or online throughout  NZ, I am passionate about helping both men and woman find their power within. I have worked with addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, workplace performance, self confidence, self esteem, grief and any darkness holding one back from truly stepping into their greatness . I have had a great deal of life experiences that has lead me to this place of healing my own wounds so I can create the space to help walk beside those that are ready to heal theirs. I have had extensive experience working one on one, teaching group therapy, specialising in confidence, work place performance, self love and owning ones power from within . I’m very in touch with my own self, therefore have an innate ability to carry deep empathy for others. Those that have worked with me have come through the other side with a new identity of self, greater confidence, better enhanced relationships, letting  go of the past and stepping into who they were meant to be.
